Refund Policy

9.1 Digital Product Delivery

All YIDRKN Software products are delivered exclusively in digital form (e.g., codes, files, or software). Once the product code or file is delivered to the purchaser, the transaction is considered finalized and complete.

9.2 No Refunds After Delivery

No refunds are offered once the digital product has been delivered. Due to the inherent nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for used or exposed codes/files.

9.3 Refund Exceptions

A refund may be granted only in the event that the product is unusable due to a clear and verifiable error or defect caused by YIDRKN Software, for example:

  • The code provided is invalid or does not match the advertised product.
  • The product description or advertised functionality is materially different from what was delivered.

If a refund request is approved, YIDRKN Software reserves the right to issue the refund in the form of store credit rather than a direct reversal or cash refund. We may require the purchaser to provide evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages) before approving any refund.

9.4 Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your device, account, or platform is compatible with the purchased digital product. YIDRKN Software will not issue refunds or credits for incompatibility, user error, or any issue unrelated to defects in the digital product itself.

9.5 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid digital purchase may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your current access to YIDRKN Software products or services.
  • A permanent ban from future purchases or access to new releases.

We reserve the right to contest and dispute any chargebacks by providing relevant evidence.

9.6 Policy Updates

YIDRKN Software reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. Changes take immediate effect once posted to our website or customer portal.
